After submitting your application & application fee payment, you will receive an email to determine the exact amount of the annual membership fee associated to your company. You will also receive a membership agreement form that must be completed, signed and sent to our company email address: cfcicertified@gmail.com.

Memberships will only be activated when we've received your completed membership agreement, approve application and confirm annual membership and application fee payment.
